Historic restoration of a creamery originally constructed in the 1800s that was awarded landmark status by Will County in 2016. The project included complete interior renovation of all three levels after years of abandonment and deterioration. Masonry restoration incorporated matching original Joliet limestone to preserve the building's historic character while creating a new ADA-accessible entrance utilizing a chairlift system. Interior renovations included tenant improvements to accommodate the relocation of the Monee Historical Society headquarters, creating a community event venue while preserving historical records, books, artifacts, and materials significant to the Village of Monee and Will County.
